A support team for the businesses that keep homes running
Prizm Path Communications LLC is a business process outsourcing company with five years of experience in sales and customer service, focused on home-service businesses.
We take care of your customers as we do our own
Prizm Path started from a simple observation. Owners of cleaning companies, landscaping crews, and repair trades spend their days working, and the phone keeps ringing. A missed call is often a missed job.
We built a service around that problem. Our agents answer, schedule, follow up, and keep records, so you can scale your customer service without hiring and training a full in-house team.
How we deliver
Offshore agents
Our support agents are based overseas, outside the United States. That is how we keep hourly rates competitive.
Hourly staffing
You buy hours of coverage, scheduled to match your business, and adjust by agreement as you grow.
Documented workflows
Your procedures are written down and followed the same way on every call and every shift.
Reviews and reporting
Quality reviews and structured reports show what happened and where to improve.
Offshore disclosure
Service delivery is offshore. We state coverage hours, response times, staffing levels, and capabilities only when we can provide them, and we put them in writing in your service agreement.
Keep every customer connected.
To give home-service businesses trained, process-driven support teams that answer, schedule, and follow up with the care an owner would give.
Big-company responsiveness for local service businesses.
A future where every small and mid-sized service company can offer reliable, courteous customer communication at a cost that makes sense.
Five working principles: TRACC
TRACC sets the standard for how we run every client account, from the first conversation to the monthly review.
Transparency
Communicate service scope, delivery arrangements, and pricing clearly.
Reliability
Follow agreed procedures and maintain consistent service standards.
Accountability
Track performance and address issues promptly.
Customer Focus
Treat every customer interaction professionally.
Continuous Improvement
Use feedback and performance reviews to improve workflows.

1. Who we are and what this covers
Prizm Path Communications LLC ("Prizm Path", "we", "us") provides outsourced customer service, appointment scheduling, and related support to home-service businesses. Our support agents work offshore, outside the United States.
This policy describes how we handle personal information in two situations: (a) information we collect through this website and our own business dealings, where we decide why and how the information is used; and (b) information about our clients' customers that we handle on our clients' behalf while providing services, where our client decides why and how the information is used and we act as its service provider (called a "processor" under some laws).
2. Information we collect
Website visitors and prospective clients
- Quote and contact requests: name, business name, email address, phone number, type of business, call volume, services of interest, coverage needs, systems used, and any message you write.
- Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Business records: contract, billing, and correspondence details for clients and their authorized contacts.
Our clients' customers
When our agents handle calls and requests for a client, we may process names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, appointment details, descriptions of the service requested, notes and messages, and, where the client has enabled recording, call recordings. Which data is collected is determined by the client's procedures.
Information we ask not to receive
Our services are not designed to handle payment card numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or health information. Clients should not direct agents to collect these unless we have agreed in writing and a compliant process is in place.
3. How we use information
- To respond to quote requests and communicate about our services.
- To provide, staff, supervise, and improve the services we deliver to clients, including scheduling, call handling, lead support, quality reviews, training, and reporting.
- To invoice, collect payment, and administer client accounts.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website and our systems.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights, clients, and customers.
For visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases are performance of a contract or steps before entering one, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- With the client whose customers' information we handle, as part of the service.
- With service providers who support our operations, such as telephony, scheduling and CRM platforms, hosting, email, analytics, and payment tools, under written terms that limit their use of the information.
- For legal reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, preventing fraud or abuse, or protecting rights and safety.
- In a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
5. Offshore processing and international transfers
Our support agents are located outside the United States, and they access client systems and customer information remotely. As a result, personal information is accessed, stored, and processed in countries other than where it was collected, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours.
Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, confidentiality obligations, access controls limited to staff who need the information, and written data protection terms with clients and vendors. You can contact us for more information about the safeguards that apply.
6. Call recording and monitoring
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, record-keeping, and dispute resolution, where our client has enabled this. Laws on recording vary by state and country, and some require every party to consent. Our clients are responsible for deciding whether to record and for the notices their callers receive, and we configure greetings and disclosures as clients instruct. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the agent at the start of the call.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
This website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic operation, security, and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will request it. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.
8. Your privacy rights
United States state privacy laws
Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about them and how it is used; access a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it as described above); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request, and we may need to verify your identity.
EEA and United Kingdom
You may have the rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Customers of our clients
If your information was collected during a call or request handled for one of our clients, that business controls the information. Please contact the business directly with your request. If you contact us instead, we will refer your request to the client or help the client respond.
To exercise a right with respect to information we control, contact us using the details in section 16. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Client data and our role
For information we process on behalf of clients, we act only on the client's documented instructions, keep the information confidential, apply appropriate security, assist the client with rights requests and incident response as agreed, and return or delete the information when the services end, subject to legal retention requirements. Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any notices required to collect and share their customers' information with us, including notices about recording and telephone and text communications. Data processing terms are available to clients on request.
10. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention periods for client customer data and call recordings follow our written agreement with each client. Quote request information is retained for as long as needed to follow up and manage our business relationship, then deleted or anonymized.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access limited to authorized personnel, confidentiality obligations, credential controls, and vendor review. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting personal information occurs, we will notify clients and, where required, individuals and regulators, as the law requires.
12. Marketing and telephone communications
If you submit a quote request, we may contact you by email or phone about that request. We send marketing email only as permitted by law and include an unsubscribe link in each message. We do not send marketing text messages without prior express written consent. Our agents place and receive calls on behalf of clients only within the scope and legal requirements those clients and we have agreed.
13. Children
Our website and services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
This website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected clients and visitors.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and, together with a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement (a "Service Agreement"), the services provided by Prizm Path Communications LLC ("Prizm Path", "we", "us") to you ("Client", "you"). If these Terms conflict with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for the services it covers. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. Quote requests and website content are not offers and do not create a binding contract until a Service Agreement is signed.
2. Services and service agreements
We provide outsourced customer support for home-service businesses, which may include inbound call answering, appointment scheduling, customer service support, after-hours inquiry capture, sales and lead support, and administrative support. Each Service Agreement sets out the specific services, coverage schedule, staffing levels, reporting, service standards, and rates. We commit only to services, hours, response times, staffing levels, and capabilities stated in the Service Agreement.
3. Offshore delivery
Our services are delivered offshore. Support agents are located outside the United States and work remotely or from our operating locations. You acknowledge this before engaging us. We may change the locations or staff delivering services, provided we continue to meet the commitments in the Service Agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely procedures, scripts, pricing boundaries, escalation contacts, and instructions, and tell us promptly when they change.
- Approve and keep current the calendars, scheduling tools, CRMs, and phone systems we are to use, and grant access with appropriate permissions.
- Respond to escalations and questions from our team within the times you have specified.
- Remain responsible for your business decisions, pricing, quotes, service quality, and the work performed by your crews and technicians.
Our performance may depend on your timely cooperation. Delays or incomplete information may affect schedules and results.
5. Legal compliance
Each party will comply with the laws that apply to its activities. You are responsible for the legality of the instructions you give us, including your obligations regarding call and text communications (such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing laws), do-not-call requirements, call recording and monitoring notices and consents, privacy notices, licensing for your trade, and consumer protection requirements. You will not instruct our agents to make misleading statements, to contact people without required consent, or to engage in unlawful, deceptive, or abusive practices. We may decline or stop any activity we reasonably believe is unlawful.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are charged as stated in the Service Agreement, typically by the hour of agent time scheduled or used. Unless the Service Agreement says otherwise: we invoice in advance or periodically as stated; invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice; amounts not paid when due may incur interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law; and we may suspend services for overdue amounts after written notice. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for, other than taxes on our income. Changes to rates or scheduled hours take effect as the Service Agreement provides, and any rate increase will be notified in advance.
7. Term and termination
The Service Agreement sets the initial term, renewal, and notice period for termination. Either party may terminate for the other's material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately if required by law or if you use the services unlawfully. On termination, you will pay for services performed through the termination date, and we will return or delete your data as described in section 9.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information, procedures, pricing, customer lists, and similar materials confidential, use it only to perform or receive the services, and protect it with reasonable care. These obligations do not apply to information that is public through no fault of the recipient, was already known or independently developed, or must be disclosed by law, in which case the recipient will give notice where permitted. They continue for three years after the Service Agreement ends, and for as long as the information remains a trade secret.
9. Data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For personal information of your customers that we process for you, you are the controller (or business) and we are your processor (or service provider). We will process it only to provide the services and according to your instructions, apply appropriate security measures, require confidentiality from personnel with access, assist with rights requests and incidents as reasonably needed, and return or delete the data after the services end unless law requires retention. You will make sure you have the notices and permissions needed for us to process the data. We will sign a separate data processing agreement on request.
10. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your procedures, scripts, customer data, and materials ("Client Materials") and grant us a limited license to use them to deliver the services. We keep ownership of our methods, training materials, tools, templates, and know-how, and any improvements that are not Client Materials. Reports we deliver to you may be used for your internal business purposes.
11. Non-solicitation of personnel
During the term and for twelve months afterward, you will not directly hire or engage, or try to hire or engage, an agent or supervisor assigned to your account without our written consent, other than through general job postings not targeted at our personnel. If this section is breached, the parties may agree a reasonable placement fee in the Service Agreement. This section applies to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
12. No emergency or professional services
We are not an emergency dispatch or emergency response service, and our agents do not provide legal, medical, safety, engineering, or technical trade advice. If a situation may endanger life or property, callers should contact local emergency services. Agents will route urgent issues only according to the escalation procedures you provide, and you remain responsible for responding to them.
13. Service standards
We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care, using trained personnel, and will meet the service standards in the Service Agreement. We do not guarantee any particular business result, such as number of leads, bookings, conversions, or revenue. Quality depends on the accuracy of your procedures and your cooperation. If a service standard is missed, the remedies are those stated in the Service Agreement.
14. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in violation of law, or submit false or misleading information. Website content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for your own internal evaluation of our services.
15. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a Service Agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that telephony, internet, or third-party systems will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from the Terms or services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising from the services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, to your payment obligations, or to a party's willful misconduct or breach of confidentiality, unless the Service Agreement provides otherwise.
17. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us and our personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your instructions, Client Materials, or your violation of law, including claims about call recording, telemarketing, and consent. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct in performing the services. The indemnified party must give prompt notice, reasonable cooperation, and control of the defense to the indemnifying party.
18. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, power or internet or telecommunications outages, or failures of third-party providers. Because our delivery is offshore, such events may affect coverage in the location where agents work. We will notify you promptly and use reasonable efforts to restore service or arrange alternative coverage where we can.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion for 30 days after written notice. Unresolved disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and each party consents to that jurisdiction, unless the Service Agreement provides for arbitration.
20. General
These Terms and the Service Agreement are the entire agreement on their subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except to a successor of your business; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We are independent contractors, and nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version, and changes do not alter a signed Service Agreement unless both parties agree. Notices must be in writing to the contact details in the Service Agreement.
